All wedding weekend events are conveniently located in Vail Village, within walking distance of each other. Our recommended hotels—the Sebastian, Sonnenalp, and Four Seasons—are also in Vail Village, placing you steps away from all the celebrations.

  • Friday, August 17th, 3:00 - 6:00pm

    Attire: Colorado Mountain Chic

    For those in town early on Friday, join us for an après Welcome Party at Tavernetta located in The Four Seasons. Come enjoy Italian inspired cocktails, spritz, and delicious antipasti as we kick off the weekend together.

  • Friday, August 17th, 6:30-9:00pm

    Attire: Casual

    Feel free to change into a more bowl friendly outfit after the Après Welcome Party.

    Join us for an evening of bowling, drinks, and good times with friends as we continue celebrating the wedding weekend. This event is hosting at Deca | Bol in the Solaris.

    This event is geared toward our friends and is completely optional for family and friends’ of family. We encourage adults who prefer a more relaxed evening to enjoy one of Vail Village's wonderful dinner spots. For recommendations, visit the ‘Things to Do’ page.

    Vail Chapel

    Attire: Warm Sunday Best / Coat and Tie

    Pack a pashmina or a shawl—April brings both bluebird days and snowfall.

    Please note, there is a long break between the ceremony and the reception at Chasing Rabbits.

    We’re so excited to celebrate with you at Chasing Rabbits in Vail Village. The evening will kick off with cocktails, followed by a seated dinner, and then we will dance the night away.
