Traveling to Vail
You can chose to fly into Vail Airport (EGE) or Denver International Airport (DIA).
Vail Airport is 30min from Vail Village. Denver International Airport is 2.5 hours from Vail.
If you are considering booking a shuttle from EGE or DIA, please consider giving yourself extra time to get to Vail.
While April marks the end of ski season, Colorado can still experience snowstorms. It is recommended to build in extra travel time in case of any unexpected I-70 closures or delays.
If you are staying at a hotel in Vail Village, it is worth asking if they have a shuttle system/preferred vendor.
